Early Access Request

If you would like early access, complete this form and submit it.  You will be given the opportunity to review and correct your information before submission.

For early access:

  1.  You MUST be a person who is required to register with the state due to being convicted for a sexual offense.
  2. You MUST be 18 years of age or older.
  3. You should be willing to provide feedback and information to help develop the website for everyone's benefit.

Once you submit the request, your information will be checked against the public State Offender Registry and you will then receive a physical letter in the mail with a confirmation code and instructions on activating your account.  This additional step is intended to ensure that people who have malicious intent do not gain access to the website.    Your information will be kept strictly confidential and is secured with the latest security measures.
